Stopped for coffee while driving through got three Carmel lattes, hit the road only to take a drink and find out I just got three warm milks. First and last time I go to Dutch Bros. So disappointed.

incredibly slow, dont even take our order until we got to the window even though the line was multiple cars wrong. got my order wrong.

My daughter and I stopped Sunday and got coffee. I don't get there often since there isn't one close to where I live. I like going because I am a fan of the white coffee. I ordered my white coffee with raspberry and was excited cause I haven't had it for a long time. I couldn't try it before we left cause it was a little hot for me which is fine. The issue I have is that it didn't taste like it should. Hardly any raspberry flavor which was strange and the coffee had a burnt flavor. I opened my cup and it was regular coffee. I knew immediately cause it should have been pink and it was black. My daughter's liked hers so at least that was good.
