      image I have been an Allstate customer for 30 plus years and have had several different agents as they sell off your insurance to different agents as they retire or move on from the insurance business. By far the Worst service I have ever had is this particular office. Sadly the employees just don't seem to give a dam about about the customers. I personally am tired of calling and requesting any information because they don't have the decency of returning your phone calls. I suggest you find another agent or you will treated like you plain don't matter. I'm going to corporate and requesting a new agent.
