        Great service and great rates. You could switch to somewhere like Geico but give it 6 months and they will raise their rates. Ask for Fred because he has been nothing but helpful.

        There is some wait time, but I prefer talking to someone over doing things on their website. All the folks who have helped me have been wonderful. It can be hard to find the right phone number.

        I’m impressed with my local agent Colleen as she makes sure I’m taken care of and she is always available or at a minimum I know I can reach her by text and she responds. Overall Liberty Mutual is just like every other big corporation and doesn’t want you to contact them so talking to someone is impossible. Do everything via the internet and hope you don’t have any questions. But that’s where Colleen comes in. She is the most responsive agent I know. If it weren’t for her I’m not sure I’d be with LM.
