During a recent incident involving my side by side being operated by another driver, Van and the Farm Bureau team as a whole stepped up and assisted me swiftly through the process of my claim. I will never change carriers as long as this quality of service and professionalism lasts, even if I could save a buck elsewhere, I know I would be sacrificing quality of coverage and personalized service. Van and his team at Idaho Farm Bureau are terrific to work with! The whole group is incredibly helpful and responsive with all of my policy questions or changes that have come up. I've been with Van and Idaho Farm Bureau for my home and auto insurance for 10+ years and can't ever see myself leaving.
