Kerri is absolutely amazing. This is our second home we bought using Kerri and her team! Of course, we used her to sell the current home as well. Her team is top notch, highly professional, on time, honest, and SUPER FUN to work with. Kerri and her team managed everything for us which made this seamless. When winter hit and things slowed down, we took our home off the market only temporarily until spring. However, Kerri kept alerting potential homebuyers to our house...and voila...it sold within 2 weeks after our "hiatus." From staging our home we were selling, to finding a handyman, carpet cleaners, house cleaning service, painter, roofer, and more...she has a strong network of professional people that she works with. We relocated from another state and Kerri was awesome to work with. Before moving, we came out for a visit and Kerri spent a few hours driving around with us to help us get a feel of different neighborhoods. The next day we did some on our own with addresses she gave us to help. Our girls were so impressed with her, they wanted her to come with us all the time. After we moved, we started looking for a house. It was a crazy market and frustrating at times, but Kerri was calm, supportive, and fun. We finally found a great house and couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Kerri!
