Carmel has helped us sell three properties in Boise and Mountain Home, and purchase three others. I have recommended her to friends who are as pleased with her results as we are. She has tenacity and pluck, and will work hard for you no matter the side of the deal you're on. She know the area, and just about everybody in town. She tells it to you straight, when others may be motivated to shade the truth. I recently bought a house in Oregon and missed having Carmel on my side there. She will do right by you! All that and she is just a really good person.
