If I could give 10 stars, I would. Jaylene is an absolute ROCKSTAR REALTOR. She covered every last detail of helping buy a house site unseen! She went out of her way on so many occasions and was our eyes, ears, and hands with everything we needed to do. She has a deep referral bench of services and was so knowledgeable and responsive, it was refreshing! GREAT JOB Jaylene, keep up the Raving Fan Service. I have had business dealings with quite a few realtors but Jaylene is by far the best. She is caring, accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, and patient! She makes home buying so easy because she does her homework is always on top of everything, leading you through the next step. My husband and I have been planning on moving to Idaho for about the last 3 years and every time we would call her to tell her we were coming up she would happily make time to spend, usually days, with us and meet us wherever we were with lattes in hand and a car full of water and all kinds of goodies. She would usually spend all day with us taking us all over from Boise to Weiser, buying us lunch and giving us a guided tour of Idaho while looking for the area we wanted to live in. And never once did she make us feel like we were putting her out. Jaylene is all about helping her clients find the right house, not about the money. While shopping around the Treasure Valley in Idaho, looking for a new home, we found our true "treasure" in Jaylene Groeinger, our real estate agent. We have bought and sold many homes over the past several years and have worked with many different agents - never have we had the opportunity to work with someone as knowledgeable, efficient, capable, and caring as Jaylene. As we were moving from a different state, traveling in a 5th wheel in another state at the same time as buying a house in Idaho, there were many incidences where her expertise and extra help in the purchase of our new home were called upon.
