        If you are a first time home buyer, Paul is the guy you need. I would recommend him to anyone but especially a first time buyer. He walks you through each and every step of the process and actually explains what everything is for so that it is understandable. He takes the stress out of buying a home! Yes, you read that correctly. Because of Paul this was actually easy to navigate. If that hasnt convinced you, he was also able to get me the best mortgage rate.
