Prompt response to my request. Timely appointment and he was on time. Polite and professional. Got right to the problem and fortunately the clogged drain was not a hugh plumbing issue. However, the leaking did cause water damage in the floor adjacent to the area and Joe was able to refer us to people how could help us with water damage cleanup. Thank you Joe!
