I moved into the Landing at Clearwater August of 2023 and so far have loved living here! Ana is very easy to talk to, especially as a first time renter, and the maintenance people are always on top of things!

If you are looking for a place to live and don't mind paying monthly service fees for NOTHING and ALL UTILITIES and ridiculous rent increases then the landing is for you! These average- NOT
UNPARALLELED LUXURY - OR EVEN LUXURY apartments are great if you are a couple or two or more students. And AMENINITIES are something the COMPLEX OFFERS, NOT LOCATION!! If you are SINGLE then you will pay the SAME AMOUNT as a multi tenant apartment. Many of us have voiced our complaints about this. On what planet is this fair or even logical? ITS NOT !! SO Be prepared for high rent increases as seen in the past. You see landing doesn't care about tenants, they care only about MONEY! They want those of us who've lived here for years before they bought us, to move out.When we move they can charge much much more ! So if you are SINGLE either be prepared to pay high prices for EVERYTHING here or find a better place to live !! And also be prepared to have them steal your last month's rent!! You see, the Landing and Madrona ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY! To the point where they WILL AND ARE STEALING MY LAST MONTHS RENT WHICH I PAID IN 2021 TO KESTREL AND HAVE THE RECEIPT FOR. So if all the feeS, ASTRONOMICAL RENT INCREASES AND STEALING MONEY FOR AVERAGE APARTMENTS THEN THIS THE PLACE THE FOR YOU! GOOD LUCK
