Eric came out within 2 days of contacting him. (We didn't have an emergency) He was very nice and pleasant. Won't hesitate to call next time I need a plumber.

I had called 6 other local plumbers and got turned away and told it was a 6 week wait for a emergency water main break. Which I found ridiculous. Called Direct Plumbing Solutions and Eric said they could take a look in a few days. He showed up a few days later and found our problem and fixed it same day. Very nice and professional plumber. Will defiantly use him again in the future and would highly recommend Direct Pluming Solutions. Thank you for fixing our emergency so fast.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Casey and Eric have been attentive, professional and excellent throughout this entire process. We had a leak under our house and they did a full water removal, dry-out, and put new insulation and everything back even better than it was before! We are already planning a bathroom rebuild and new water heater. We will continue to go to Direct Plumbing Solutions for all of our plumbing needs!

Eric arrived early in the promised window of time, called me to discuss the issue, resolved it promptly, took and sent a video to me, and I received a receipt immediately upon payment. I was very impressed and happy with the service. I would definitely call Direct Plumping Solutions again.
