I have never experienced such amazing customer service! The moment we walked in the door we were greeted, followed by multiple employees during our visit asking if we needed help. Talked with Debbie at the special order counter at length, and she was a wealth of info and help. Thankful to have found such a great hardware store with employees who are wanting and willing to help and so knowledgeable!!

I love all of the fun items this store has, and the wonderful garden center! I have had wonderful help from the men in the flooring department, paint department and lighting. I honestly feel like a lot of things are a bit over priced and the turnover seems high. I would love to attend one of the ladies night events! Maybe next time! Oh! And the popcorn is usually why we choose this store over others its a MAJOR highlight for our children!

With the gas outage.. Pullman Moscow Building Supply opened back up for hours after closing to help people get needed supplies as well as placing an emergency order for extra space heaters. Thank you!!!
