        I really like the people here. They actually WORK. I have tried several other companies and they have attitudes and excuses why they can't do this or that or touch your phone or why they can't help you fix the tech problem. Here they actually THINK!!! And WORK. They don't sit or just stand their with a duhhh look and re-explain your problem to you and then say, and I can't help you... They actually try to fix it. Everyone should come here if they want kind, competent help and a positive outcome. Hope the haters and complainers don't follow. Remember patience if you are waiting because it's worth it and they are people too. Just think IF WE ALL HAD TO buy cell phones out of a vending Machine and CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HISTORY.......
