        No 5 stars this trip. The hotel is great and great customer service. The Bar/Kitchen tonight really needs some help! If your staff is new, TRAIN THEM! The kitchen took 1.5 hours to make a Cesar salad and 3 street tacos for me. I watched people that came in after me, get served and eat their food long before I ever got mine. I also watched another couple walk out after waiting an hour for their food, they still didnt get it. Again, the hotel portion is always clean and great service, however just because they have a menu, doesnt ensure you will get food. There are several restaurants around the area that will appreciate your business and will better serve you. Dont stay here because of the restaurant. Rooms: Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable beds Food & drinks: Dont order food here if you are hungry. Find a local restaurant.

        Beware of deceptive pricing. I came in with Google pricing at 126/night. They agreed to honor that price. I booked the room for 5 nights because my mom was in terminal condition in a nearby care facility. She passed away on my 3rd day. I attempted to extend my stay 1 extra day so I could attend a close family gathering. The front desk employee quoted a price over 200 for the extra night. I asked why the price was so much higher than the 126/night. They answered I only got the 126/night on the 1st night then the price increased to 170-175/ night afterwards. I was blindsided with nearly 200 extra cost. When I checked in at the agreed price of 126/night they gave me a invoice to sign. They were clever to hide the rates under the nearly blank page they had me sign. When I checked out without extending my stay, they apologized for the confusion but were unable to help because I signed. My response was, "if your mom passes away, I hope you get treated better than I have been treated" NEVER sign a blank page. And beware of Best Western Plus Peppertree Nampa Civic Center Inn. The room appeared clean, but the hair conditioner dispenser was empty, and room service is once every 5 days. And their pillows were small and square. It's difficult to lose your mom, and then getting deceived by the hotel was salt in the wound. PLEASE USE CAUTION IF YOU DECIDE TO STAY HERE -garison
