I love my Kia but not the service dept. I can't schedule an appointment very easy with my work schedule. I usually just show up and get my Sportage serviced. When I showed up this morning, I was told there is no more drop in being taken.  Guess I will be getting my car serviced elsewhere and probably not buying from Kendall Kia in the future.

This is my 5th Kia, I have been doing oil changes at Kendall for years, never had I felt so unappreciated as a customer and talked down to as a person. Martin in the service dept has no idea how to treat customers. Tried 2X to talk to Autum Service Mgr, but just left me on hold.. I will drive another 30 mins away not to give Kendall Kia my business! To make things worse, Martin said he called me several times to tell me my car was ready and to discuss options. He just puts in the paperwork I declined service and he left VM. No calls, no VM. Caller ID dude! He called me a liar. I drove there to see the progress and he states, oh, its been done, I called you. After he told me I had to wait up to a month for somebody to look at it. He said I should have scheduled an appt. I stated I didnt schedule the car to break down. Sorry to vent, but in todays work force, nobody cares!!!!

My experience with Kendall Kia of Nampa actually has two stages to it, our Pre purchase of vehicle and our Post purchase of vehicle, we purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride. So, our Pre purchase of our vehicle went like any other vehicle purchase that we have done in the past, the dealership is very nice to us (Customer) although we did have one thing told to us that later was not true! We were told that the vehicle we purchased would have floor matts, then a few days later after we said we would purchase the vehicle we were told that unfortunately floor matts were not included, in my opinion if you answer that floor matts are included then they should be included! So, besides the floor matt issue, it went as well as any other experiences that we have had at other dealers. Our Post purchase of vehicle experience, after we paid our down payment money to them, havent heard anything from them! I even contacted them on a question regarding a letter we received from them, after initial communication on the issue havent heard anything. So, our experience on purchasing a vehicle from Kendall Kia of Nampa was nothing great its been a typical puchase like we have encountered through any other dealership.
