Wow! I worked with Lucas and Tom, and we could not be happier. We were unhappy with our current bank, and so we went to the new bank in the neighborhood. Friendly greeting, held the door open for my disabled mom, and what service! They had us setup with everything we needed in no time. There was a slight problem with a pre-existing account, but Lucas had that handled in no time flat. I really could not be more impressed with them. They are especially good with those who have a military ID. I'm a fan! Give them a shot.

I can't say that customer service is their strength.  I feel like I am just another number to them.  When I did find an error on their part, it took several conversations for them to finally admit and fix their mistake.
