I absolutely love the hygienists and the dentist we see. They are phenomenal. However, the front desk needs some adjustments. Dayce was the patient coordinator that did all of our paper work, scanned in the primary dental insurance and took the info for the secondary insurance. Almost 2 months after my daughters appointment I get a call from them stating the secondary insurance needs more information to process the claim. When I spoke to her on the phone I verified if they billed the primary insurance and she states they dont have it on file. She continued to argue with me regarding her own screw up with very little effort to fix it on their end even though I gave her the proper information at the appointment, watched it be inputted into the system. This location would get 5 stars if the front office did not make this screw up as like I said the huge its and dentists are beyond amazing. If you have dual insurance please please please make sure it is billed properly before leaving because now I am stuck with a giant insurance mess.

Every time we come here they are closed even though they give us that time to schedule it to. Worst system ever!
