Northern Star HOA Management

The new owner has done an incredible job partnering with our HOA to manage our small community. He has quickly come in to assess the state of affairs, provide solutions, and then help to very professionally manage some hard topics in the annual meeting, for implementation of said solutions. We are loving the new management and highly recommend partnering with Northern Star to manage your HOA needs. Big thanks to Nick for getting our community on track.

Does not answer emails or return telephone calls. You were told after receiving letter that problem was resolved and than they you a second notice for same problem. Not very organized and not good customer service. Not impressed.

Very disappointed in my experience with Northern Star. I am on our HOA board, and we transitioned to Northern Star this last year, it has been a complete let down from what we were sold. Nick is full of empty promises. He has great intentions, but it appears the company is grossly understaffed. You will need to do all the footwork yourself to get anything done.

In the very limited experience with this property management as they are new as of 2023, I do not like them at all. The person answering emails has absolutely 0 customer service skills, refuses to answer questions, then when you ask your question again, they accuse you of arguing, and state they will not engage. In no way did I argue, I stated my opinion, and asked for information. I have now asked to be escalated to the person in charge, which I wonder if I will actually be contacted back. Update to this review. I have asked to be contacted by the person in charge at this company as the person answering emails is not answering questions, and quite honestly, their attitude from the start was poor. This person should not be in any type of customer facing role. I have not received an email or call as requested. I read through other reviews and it appears others have had issues with this company and not answering their phone. I have now contacted someone on the board of the HOA and reported this situation to them. Another update. This Management company, if they can even be called that at this point, has not had the person in charge contact me back. They refused to answer questions, and shut down when asking questions. I will be turning this into the HOA board as this company I do not feel is living up to their obligations.

It is so crazy that folks blame the management company. It just fascinates me how many do that. Is it just Californians? Asking for a friend.
