I inherited my dad's home when he passed away. I knew that it would be tough to keep two homes afloat so I decided to sell it. After contacting a few companies, I decided to go with 208 Home Buyers. Cody explained the whole process and gave me the best quote. There turned out to be an issue with the title company that took extra work from both sides, and more time than expected. They didn't have to give me an extension on the agreement, but do so anyway. It was quite a relief to have them work with me instead of moving on. Thanks Cody, your extra time and patience made it a good experience. I most certainly would recommend these guys for future sales

Cody was the best! He listened to what I needed and wanted in selling my house. I was totally overwhelmed with my home and taking care of it. My property was a mess and I was sure no one would want it for anything. Cody was kind and caring and listened to me and was patient. It took me 2 years to finally decide to sell my house. When I did he made it quick and easy, now I get to start a new chapter in my life. Thanks again Cody.
