We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and assure you that we take your feedback seriously. All our facilities have a rental agreement for storage units. We prorate the first month’s rent, upon signing the rental agreement. There are no partial rent refunds if the unit is vacated before the end of the month. Just as failure to provide notice, vacate the premises or remove their lock by the last day of the month automatically renews the agreement to one month.Once again, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
