        Their operation's manager, Jim, was supposed to be here at 10am, as he'd previously agreed to this timeframe yesterday. Yet, I called their office at 10:30am frustrated that no one showed up and or called, only to find out he "may show up" after 11am. I'm disappointed, to say the least.

        This group is great to work with. Carol got things arranged for us after the big windstorm and we had tree damage at our house. She had people out to get the tree off the garage, and the hole in the roof tarped up before I even got home that night. Great service, great care and great people. Cannot say enough good things about them. The contractors that they sent out did the job perfectly and have even hired one of them to do more things for us as well with the clean up. Thank you again for all of your help.
