Recently purchased a brand new Polaris Boost snowmobile from Post Falls Powersports. The buying experience was very quick and easy, however on the first ride of on the new sled, we had issues. Took the sled back and manager(Cameron) and salesman(Jim) did everything they could to get me back on the mountain that weekend including swapping parts from another sled, and offering me a loaner to take in case I had issues. Awesome customer service!

Great service! We brought our side by side in for some work and hoped it would be done before New Years for a ride. The parts were on back order but our sales guy Jim and the service Manager Erik found a way to get us what we needed to make it a Great New Year!! Thank you.

Had an agreement in writing for purchase of a UTV. Then they miraculously sold the unit to someone else for a higher price and then tried to sell me a different one at thousands more. I wouldn't ever go to these guys for anything.

Love going here looking, the customer service is amazing. Amazing toys for all ages. Definitely going to be buying the little man a toy once he gets tall enough, we went and looked but hes a little short rn, but amazing people here! Definitely recommend.

So I called this place to get some information about a bike Im looking to purchase. I got somebody hung up on me the first time I called and the second time I called the guy was like so lackadaisical about giving me information. He didnt even answer the question I asked him he said oh no we dont work on those bikes and thats not what I asked him about. Anyway, I just thought it thought it was poor phone service is all
