        We called NW plumbing for a bathroom water leak issue a couple weeks ago. The entire process from beginning to end was excellent. Our expectations were managed perfectly. Valerie was the plumber assigned to the job. Her professionalism, friendliness and speedy mitigation plan was great/very much appreciated. All at a reasonable price too. Thank you America NW Plumbing Team. 2 thumbs way up!

        Called because I had no hot water. She said they were busy but would come visit me. They did and diagnosed the supposed problem. But was 50/50. They left and came back within the hour. I had left and got a call saying I was up and running. Personal, friendly, family. From busy to ill help you. Who does that anymore. She really cared and that meant alot. Ty.
