Not impressed. Were professional, did the work, and scheduled in a timely manner. Overcharged for less than an hours work. No plumber makes nearly $500 per hour using a $5 part as well. What they did was not an industry standard. What were they thinking? Called up and got little satisfaction. Be careful. Doesnt sound like 30 years in this business to me. Be careful with recommendations as well.

Ive worked with Bruce and the crew a bunch of times. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced service plumbers!! If you are in need of any plumbing work, Glenrose is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone!

Called on Glenrose Plumbing twice this year for emergent services (hot water tank failure, frozen hose bib). Glenroses services are excellent, they are responsive, professional, thorough with clear quotes and we are pleased with outcomes! They offer 24 hr call line and emergency services. We now have them scheduled for an optional plumbing job this spring and will continue to use them exclusively based on our experience with them. Today, Larry, helped with frozen hose bib/pipe check and was excellent to work with!

Oh how I love this company! Our lovely cold snap of weather, I was worried and didn't have hot water. I called on the weekend, they were busy of course, but someone, Heather I believe, answered the phone, calmed my fears answered the questions that she could. They didn't have any openings because I'm sure everyone was calling them, but she said I will call you next week to check on you and see if you still need help......and she did call me! I was so happy to hear they had someone to come out and help me the next day! Enter Larry, LARRY is a ROCKSTAR!!!! He told me everything that he was going to do and try, no hidden fees, everything up front and clear, communication was superb! PLUS, he loves cats and my cats loved him, win win! We are up and running with hot water, those frozen pipes booo, but yay for Glenrose plumbing!! I will be a forever customer, thank you for your kindness and care!
