Bad experience, didn't finish in my session, big diffence in owning when looking at turbo tax and here. Said would look into it, 3 days of calling each day heard nothing. When I finally got a call back she was quoting me a totally different numbers that I even left with. I don't know if they don't talk to each other or if they know what they are doing. Just very disappointing, I'll continue goung to turbo tax

I took my taxes in on the 15th, I was told on the 18th that I needed to come in and sign then pay $300. I asked if it could be taken out of my return she let me know you are getting nothing back you owe money. I ended up calling back asking if my 2 kids were added on our return? She said "oh no they weren't we will have to file an extension" then said someone would be calling me back. I called back a few days later to check and was told someone would call me back. I looked at the online portal and saw that they pulled my husbands and my signature from the last time we filed with HR Block which was about 5 years ago! Still not showing any children on return. I called again on the 26th asking about our return and why no one has called back yet, she said "oh yeah um someone needs to call you and talk to you about this" So now it is Wednesday and the office is closed until tomorrow. I am not sure if it is even legal for them to use my signature from 5 years ago. I now called the main customer service number to get help. I would not even give them one star at this point. If they make good on this I will update this review!
