everything went as promised, very good to deal with, I would recommend this company if you need garage floor coating, there are many floor coating companies, make sure you know the difference in what your getting, 2 types of product, epoxy and polyurea, its important that you have the floor diamond ground first, these people are knowlegable and a fare price. I have used UCC several times to finish the look on garage floors and also my machine shop. I normally watch every detail very closely but in this case the owner, Rick did everything to a higher standard than my expectations. I have felt comfortable handing them the job and coming back later to see the results. On my shop floor, UCC used a special heavy duty epoxy that has withstood heavy machines being slid across the floor. Truly amazing service and worth my review. ***Update (a couple months after my review) I just skidded some I beams across the floor. This falls into the customer abuse category because it was a big lathe on an Ibeam frame with sharp edge. The edge dug in and scraped a little but did not make it to the concrete. It literally shaved off the top without going through the coating and gouging the concrete. I think this coating held stronger than bare concrete could! I continue to be amazed.
