Im 32 weeks pregnant and I just wanted an oreo dirt pie blizzard. After the teenager was disgusting that I wanted to pay half with cash and half on card, he proceeded to not put any gummy worms in my blizzard. Sad day for the pregnant lady. Maybe they fell out when he flipped it upside down.

Just had a blizzard but excellent. Husband had a tropical blizzard which he has been trying to get again for years. The young man waiting on us said no problem !!

Good service. Fries were hot the first two times I visited but now kinda lukewarm. Rotisserie chicken kind of small for a large order.

Once again, I specifically ordered your Cheese Grillburger and received your cheese burger. Im starting to think they are one and the same. Very disappointed people on the other end of the intercom are not listening. Do I need to unwrap my burger before I leave to ensure I got what I ordered? On the other hand, the people working the window are very polite.

Service here always seems to be waning in the lobby. The staff don't seem attentive to their customers at all, and I always get a negative vibe from the staff, they always seem "put out" when you order something. My family and I came in at 12:30pm, Ordered our meal, had to ask for our drink cups as we always do here, then the soda machine wasn't turned on yet. Had to ask one of the staff to turn the machine on, then had to ask for ice, no I'm sorry or even a smile they are just plain rude and really just dont give a darn about the customers, or even working for that matter. The managers should step it up and train their employees better. If your gonna be in the service Industry even if it is fast food you should take pride in your work and yourself and try and provide good service. This will be the last time I spend money here.
