Dianna and I had been working on a listing that I located on-line regarding a home in Pinehurst, ID. I found Dianna to be an exceptionally qualified professional - extremely thorough, well researched with an exemplary attention to the many details involved. I recently travelled to Spokane, WA from Johnson City, TN to visit with Dianna and to site visit the property. Although the transaction was thwarted with an unwelcomed perception of the overall cost of living in the PNW - I could not justify leaving Tennessee in exchange for the exorbitant costs of relocating there.
