        So we meet, discuss a $24,000 price tag, sign some paperwork, and say we'll hear if we're approved for financing later. We get approved, see that we'll pay $40,000 after interest, decide that's not worth it saving $30,000 in power bills, and get charged $1230 for a "cancellation fee"? 5% to cancel because we thought we should see how much it would actually cost before agreeing??? Not to mention the $100 we spent the day that they contacted us just to learn more and go forward with this. Edit to comment: Oh okay so it's just a predatory sales tactic to pressure people into not backing out. And it's not our fault that you bought the panels before we even got to see our interest rate. It's not like that couldn't have waited a couple days.
