        I wanted to commend the people at Loop for standing behind their products. I was originally upset when my Optistream rod tip broke while nymph fishing, but the warranty group made me a believer when I returned the rod tip to them on a Friday, and a new tip arrived at my home on the next Tuesday....all free of charge! Many thanks for getting me back out fishing, and for making me a lifelong customer! Fish on!
