Artline Kitchen and Bath

On May 6 I stopped in at Artline and spoke to Taha. I had gotten a quote from another dealer and was interested in another quote. I had brought the kitchen layout from other dealer and also measurements. Taha said he was designer and would get me quote in the next day or 2 for Fabuwood and, I think, J&K. I heard nothing so I called him to follow up on May 15 and Taha said he would get me the info the next day. This is June 9 and still no word. I kind of wonder about the validity of other reviews. Response to response; I gave Taha my phone and email when I was in. He repeated it to me. Both were verified. Then when I called on the 15th Taha apologized and I again gave him my phone number (most people have caller ID) and my email again. My phone keeps track of all calls. There was no call and definitely no message left on voicemail. Putting this back to the customer is the business trying to make it sound good.

We had a great experience with Artline on a major kitchen renovation involving the removal of a major supporting wall. Taha was a pleasure to work with and was always available to discuss anything we needed. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what anyone else would do. His major concern is always if the customer is happy. When we encountered issues with the renovation that could not be foreseen, he always communicated with us immediately and would not increase the cost. Immediately after the kitchen renovation, we used Artline for a complete remodel of our children's bathroom and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend using Artline.
