Had a small leak caused by an old seal on the pipe boot on the roof. They came out quickly and promptly provided an estimate and fix done within a week or two. Always friendly and transparent on a fix that a lot of roofers ignore because it's not a big project. Thank you!

Please read to the end, esp. last paragraph. Top-notch service! They quoted my home siding wash about 6 months ago, then last month they asked me about time that was convenient to me, then they gave me an arrival time, and they did an excellent job. Very friendly and hardworking service crew explained everything and showed me what and how they do. Then the business followed up about quality and my satisfaction. Highly recommend! Update (September 2022): This time I hired them for my garage roof repair, and they did a great job the SAME DAY AND FOR LOWEST PRICE THAT ALL OTHERS. Super service! Update 10/25/2023: This summer my almost whole subdivision did roof replacement, and I decided to replace mine. Several "storm chasers" rang my doorbell and offered their service, but I called Cittrix because of their great service and reputation (read above). THEIR REP., ZACH, visited us, and HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL, DECENT, AND FREINDLY, AND HE DID HIS VERY BEST TO WORK WITH MY INSURANCE AND TO GET MY ROOF REPLACEMENT APPROVED (at first they tried to deny it), and his/Cittrix price was lower than most of the other roofers' (I asked my neighbors), and we were ready to go when another roofer, who I asked for a quote before Cittrix (and who did not ring my doorbell either, but he did not respond for a couple of weeks, and I wrongfully thought he disappeared, and who did a good job on my 2 neighbors' roofs a few years ago), gave me a lower quote, so, after some hesitation and with a heavy heart, my wife and I decided to go with the other roofer, because I am retired, and we have significant medical expenses, and the price was important to us. I know that Zach/Cittrix wasted his time with us, and he became more than just a prospective roofer; he became a good friend (until now, of course, because we hurt him), so we are very sorry for letting him and Cittrix down, and we hope Zach, Dan (owner), and Casey (his wife), ESPECIALLY ZACH, will forgive us. BEST ROOFER, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST PEOPLE!

I usually dont write reviews. However, I will point out two individuals with this company that went above and beyond. First Matt! He was the one that came out and took a look at my roof and siding for hail damage. He coordinated and worked with the insurance company and myself ever step of the way. He was also responsive to my questions immediately. Truly a professional and probably needs a raise. Great job. Earnest- He was the foreman that ran the crews and made sure everything was up to par and was also available 24:7. Anything I had an issue or question with he answered and/or got it done. Great guy and great lead. He also needs a raise. The company- I have no complaints at all. Which usually I know there is. But they got the job done so fast and professional it was crazy to watch. Even the administration kept me informed of all things pertaining to the build out. All in all. 5 plus stars. Excellent company and obviously HR team for hiring the best people.
