The customer service at this company is AWESOME! We can get pretty much all of our supplies in one place. It is so convenient.

I still have not received the report on the quality of the water sample I brought in for anylisis. I have their systems in not one but two residences !

These people are crooks, do not sign a contract with them. Machines stop working, lie about monthly costs, and impossible to get out of contracts.
