        7 months later, and haven't gotten any resolutuon. Haven't heard from this company either. Buyer beware. Expensive and horrible customer service. Live in the Fox Creek Eststes subdivision. Focale Pointe has literally killed off every blade of grass in the culdesac common area in front of our house. What was once lush grass is now weeds. The flower beds were suppossed to be mulched. There is a smatterring of mulch and plenty of weeds. Absolutely horrible. They deserve zero stars

        Over a month ago I was driving to work and was behind one of their work trucks, pebbles came flying out so I gave more space as I couldnt get over. The pebbles then bounced off the pavement and cracked my windshield. I got the truck license plate and time and location info called the office talked with Tanner and was then connected to Lisa. They had their insurance company call me and ask for all details and had me send send an estimate to replaceI did it all within a day. Ever since then the insurance guy wont return my calls or emails and neither will Lisa. Tanner wont respond to email, but when I called and he answered he claimed Lisa was in a meeting and would call me backstill nothingI called again today and left a message on Lisas voicemail. Its frustrating as the crack has spread with the weather getting colder. I shouldnt have to hound to get this fixed. Return a call at least! 9/22/23 THE LAST CONTACT IVE HADITS NOW 11/14/23. RIDICULOUS!!!
