        Bad, overpriced service. I just wanted to follow up on my order that I just received by pointing out how poorly it was handled by you and Dixon and what a rip-off this was from start to finish. You sat on my order for a month without contacting meI had to call you, charged me four times what I had this done for by Weiskamp and could have had done locally for $5 at most, stupidly assumed that I was going to pick up the order when the ship to address in another state was right on the PO, called me anyway to ask if I wanted it shipped, and to add insult to injury, charged me $24! to ship these when it should have only cost $10 at most. Needless to say, I wont be back.

      Sorry you didn't like your experience but your comments here are way off base. It was weird that you shipped us your materials without any instructions or contact information (there was no PO either). We had no idea who you were or what you wanted. We had no choice but to wait until you called us several weeks after we received your mystery package in the mail. Not sure what you expected us to do there.Also, if you could get custom screen printing locally for five dollars, then I don't understand why you shipped them to Illinois and I really don't understand why you agreed to the price up front. But hey, what do I know?? Also, Weiskamp hasn't been around for several years now, so yeah, prices (including shipping costs) have gone up since pre-pandemic levels. And hey, buddy, my customer service reps aren't stupid so back off with the insults. It is not out of the realm of possibilities that a customer ships supplies to us and picks up the order locally. It happens all the time.Next time, contact your screen printer in advance and give them some information up front. I'm assuming it won't be Dixon Graphics and that's fine. I hear there's a really cheap print shop in Florida, LOL!!
