This building was exactly what I was looking for in Chicago. The leasing agent with PPM, Bogdan, was incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. The windows are all south facing, many transit options on the same block, restaurants galore on Broadway, right off the lake, can't ask for more.

I lived here for 2 years. The location is perfect-right on Belmont, bus stop right outside, and parking is available. The maintenance man-Robert- doesn't speak much but he lives in the same building with his family and is right there whenever you need him, it's awesome. I never had a problem with the management company, and I even leased this apartment over the phone sight unseen, and it went great without any issues. The place is huge for a typical Chicago apartment, there is SO MUCH closet space it's unbelievable.
