SoNo East Apartments

April and Keisha made my living experience incredible. They are professional, friendly and helpful. All the tenants love them and they are a huge asset to Sono East. They make the community a home. Without them I would not have lived here. The leasing agents were not willing to accommodate. It doesnt seem like they actually care and view you as a paycheck.

Highly unprofessional management staff. There's clearly a lack sound leadership amongst the Sono East management group. I recently applied and was frustrated with how poorly leasing agents communicated, but also their overall attitude. Unit layouts are carelessly designed and offer no closet or storage space. Chicago is a sizable rental market, take my advice: shop around and DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SONO EAST!

The Sono East Apartments in Chicago are fantastic! From the moment I moved in, I knew that I had made the right decision. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and everything else you could need. The building itself is incredibly clean and well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch, with a fully-equipped fitness center, a beautiful rooftop lounge, and a game room that is perfect for entertaining guests. The staff is also friendly and always available to assist with any issues or questions that may arise. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with high-end finishes and appliances. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide amazing views of the city and let in tons of natural light. The layout is thoughtful and efficient, making it easy to live comfortably in a smaller space. Another great feature of the Sono East Apartments is the sense of community. There are regular events and social gatherings organized by the building, allowing residents to meet and connect with their neighbors. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sono East Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in the heart of Chicago. The location, amenities, and quality of the apartments are all exceptional.
