2-stars given they do great body work. Avoid this place like the plague if you have any mechanical damage. They don't know what they're doing in this area and will likely leave you with additional bills after leaving like they did me. Car at drop-off: Front bumper damage, punctured AC Unit Car at pickup: Check engine light (P144C, U0232, C1D18, C1A57, C1A59), TPMS System Fault, missing caps on tires After charging my insurance $8,932 for repairs, neglecting to provide updates unless I showed up in person, holding my car for 2.5-months (until I bought and dropped off a part they couldn't find), I had to take my car directly to the dealer to fix the above listed issue costing me an additional $3k out of pocket. Fun times. When asked about the issues, I was told "your repair didn't require us to touch any of the effected parts so we're not sure what's going on there". Awesome, I guess I caused all of those issues while you guys had my car. Hope this review helps someone. Good luck if you decide to accept service from these people. I brought my car to this auto shop for repair in April 2022. They kept my car for over a month (which I understand due to pandemic parts took longer to come in..) but when the car was 95% repaired and drivable they did not call me. I called them every couple days for weeks to check on progress. Horrible communication through the entire process. I got my car upon 98% and noticed there was a CRACK in my windshield which occurred at the shop I notified them and was told based on photos there was no crack in the windshield prior. They agreed to replace the windshield. Here we are in October 2022 and now, they refuse to address the matter. This is horrible customer service. I should have taken a look at my car prior to paying, I bet they would have taken me more seriously. CHECK YOUR CAR PRIOR TO PAYING for any service.
