        GREAT SERVICE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP WITH MY BUDGET. GREAT WORK FINALLY FIXED MY CAR AND HONEST!! The Guys I took my car to in Evanston want to charge me an Arm and a leg, and Mike at Payless saved me $1100 and made me pass emissions test. I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH!

        This shop has some of the nicest people, who are honest and knowledgeable about repairs. And once they know what's going on they will get you out of there fast. Will always take my car there first for any issues.

        Went in for a headlight bulb replacement. I was billed for double the amount quoted. When I returned to the shop, the owner could not provide an invoice copy with an itemized list of services and wasnt willing to work with me. He said they dont keep records like that and since I didnt have my receipt they were not responsible. I asked for an invoice copy from their accountant and the vendor agreed but said they couldnt find one on record. I charged back the transaction with my cc co. They submitted a fraudulent document with a fake invoice and forged my signature to revert the charge back. Juan and the other young guys are sketchy and not to be trusted.
