        My daughters VW was dead in her garage and I (her dad) live about 300 miles away. When I contacted M&R about the problem Michael assured me they would analyze the car and we would talk. We talked thru a repair plan and they made the repairs. Michael kept me informed of issues and progress and got her back on the road. I felt that Michael was forthright in our discussions and was treating my daughter as if she was his daughter. Next time Im in Chicago Im going to shake his hand.

        Friendly people very thorough in their work. I came to get an estimate for my totaled car they let me know everything i needed cost about $100 something dollars, although i got a free estimate down the street i would recommend this shop for any of your needs.

We are glad that we were able to get the car back on the road after experiencing the no start condition and the problem with the timing chain rattle.       Thank you for sharing your experience publicly. We are glad to hear that you were satisfied during the process of getting you Nissan to pass the state's Emission Test. It was a bit tedious trying to work on that fuel level circuit fault that we've been battling for a while, but we are all glad that we were able to make solution to your problem.
