I’ve been going to transmission masters since 2016 and I’ve never had issues with the service until a couple of weeks ago I went for an oil change and a few days later my truck was shaking and stalling while I was driving and the oil level light would turn on and off while I was driving so I took my truck to a neighbor to check what can be the issue and he opened the hood and the oil cap was missing I guess the mechanic who did my oil change didn’t put the cap back on or forgot to we put a quart of oil and it helped a little bit but the engine has given out after a week and I know im not gonna get anywhere with calling and complaining because im sure they will not replace my engine but hopefully they don’t make the same mistake in the future with another customer I will not go back there anymore Service: Oil change
