        Went there for the first time recently. I thought they had great service, but realized I had missing items in my vehicle after getting it back. It was less than $100 worth, but still extremely disappointing. A shame someone did that and now I have to leave a bad review instead of 5 stars for the other staff!!

        Ashland Tire & Auto has me as a customer for life! It can be really challenging to find a trustworthy car repair shop, but they are the best. Some backstory I was having issues with my car starting and after numerous jump starts despite having a good battery, AAA talked me into going to one of their shops in Skokie. As a AAA customer, I trusted them and figured they were reliable. What I ended up getting was $1000 bill for a new alternator and a car that still wasnt repaired. I didnt want to go back to AAA for obvious reasons, so called Ashland Tire & Auto and explained the situation and they had me bring the car in the next day. After a few hours, they gave me a call and informed me that one of the connections to the battery was loose, so they just tightened it up. I regret not going to them in the first place, as it would have saved me so much time and money. I wont be taking my car anywhere else moving forward!
