Ive always been completely satisfied with the work and was always confident that they did the work that was needed, without unnecessary additional work.

        I unfortunately had a lot of issues with a recent purchase of a car from Carvana. This car was purchased for a new job so I needed service quick. Everyone at Car-X listened to my concerns and took action immediately. Carvana used a third party insurance company that wasnt willing to help. I didnt want to pay for issues that were already with the car prior to me leaving the lot. Sam from Car-X took car of dealing with all of the insurance issues for me. Besides taking care of my insurance issues, they took care of a wide range of mechanical issues in just one day. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and passionate people. My car will be there again, just hopefully not too soon :).
