Chase Bank

Pretty much one of those useless branches that you can only do limited transactions at. Should be more descriptive as to what services they provide on their own website.

I went to the Chase Bank to open direct deposit of my Social Security check, I met Andrew.. He's AWESOME!! And the "Bee's Knees" I went to the Chase Bank at 2501 North Clark Street Thank You

Friendly, helpful staff but does not say online that it’s an express location. If you need to work with a teller, this isn’t your bank, and they’ll be friendly but direct you to the Ashland/Roscoe location. You can make cash and check deposits through the ATM and sign up for loans, accounts, etc here.

This bank has, on multiple occasions, lost deposits that I made with them through a teller. Both cash and check deposits. Never go here unless you feel like coming back a week later to talk with the manager about how your paycheck never deposited to your account and now your account is overdrawn.
