Honestly went in and had a super smooth time. 4 Thursday, bank was empty, staff were happy and easy to talk too. No idea why so many bad reviews.

Rating the branch location, not the bank itself: one of the more convenient branches of the chain, with ample parking and not very busy counters.

Worst place to go to open a business account The lady who helped me was very rude , unprofessional and looks like she had no idea what she was doing I do not recommend to go to this branch to open a  business account or if you go don't let ELENA SALGADO assist you she is very rude and unprofessional.

Ive been using the branch since it opened - for savings, checking, CDs and Mutual Funds even utilized their financial planning services. Great staff from the tellers/bankers/managers to the customer service members always friendly, helpful and thorough and never once have had an issue of any kind. Id also like to address the check cashing complaints -Ive witnessed these check cashing issues first hand while standing in line and every issue always stems from the customer not having an ID or their 3rd party check has an incorrect signature or some other basic rule they dont feel they need to follow these safeguards are in place to protect your money, so if all you whiny little Karens (male & female) could just accommodate the most basic of requests and follow a few simple rules YOU would no longer be the problem nor hold up the line AND best of all youd get your checks cashed !!
