BMO Bank N.A Branches

I got there before they opened and wanted to use the ATM, but the one outside wasnt working. Im standing by the door and their security guard walks up and says were not open yet. I tell him yeah I know and I was trying to use the ATM. He says that there is one outside. I say yeah, but its not working. Then he says yeah I know. Then I say well if you knew that then why would you tell me to use it!! Then he proceeds to say some more dumb stuff like Im saying something wrong. NEVER AGAIN!

i dislike how yall dont waive early closure fees in cases of fraud. why should i have to pay yall to close my account that was already stolen from and then yall dont even handle the investigation fast enough or offer credits to the customer while they wait. this bank sucks

I was not spoken to or addressed when I stepped in their establishment. They treated me like they didnt want to be bothered. The only black lady in there was extremely rude to me I came in with three forms of Id and a letter from the government. They told me they cant verify my address even though 4 forms had the same address. I will keep my money Ty very much for wasting my time.
