very poor service. they are trying to get over on people. jus try to make me pay a 400 deposit which they have never asked me for in the 4 straight months ive been using them. Then they falsely accused me of not paying a ticket i got locked my account. they didnt even try to make up for it. The employees are rude and dont know all the policies. trash if you value your money and time dont rent from them

Linnea, Oh Linnea. The Avail team is awesome and the site easy to use, but I am technically challenged at times. Even though I was frustrated she walked me through the process of finding my lease and uploading (downloading?) my lease and emailed one to me as well. If you need help from Avail hope that you get Linnea, even if she is a bot she is a terrific bot! Thanks kid!

Charged my husband 4 times when they were only supposed to charge him once dont recommend using this app/site for anything theyll just try to steal your money
