Unfortunately we did not have the best experience with this company for funeral program printing. I definitely would not recommend them to others. At a time when a family is experiencing a great loss, all parties should make the process as simple as possible. However, we had to correct their errors and fix them numerous times and still did not end up with an acceptable product. Errors included: sending us the wrong draft program of another person; giving us a a box of programs with our name on the box, but the programs were for another person; including information for funeral homes not included on our draft submission (we were recommended to them by Taylor Funeral Home); including pictures in the program that did not have the person in the photo because they cut them off; lastly, including the Lord's prayer on the inside cover but the scripture was actually the 23rd Psalm. We were not compensated for these errors, but more than that they received full compensation for this inadequate situation. My greatest issue is that every time I look at the program, my memory of this experience will always leave me with a bad taste. Their lack of responding to phone calls, emails and texts was substandard and all of these issues should have been handled timely, appropriately, and to our satisfaction. The good was that the program was pretty and the colors were vibrant (that is why this is not a 1 star review). I just wanted an accurate and quality product, but that is not what we received.

Love this place they always give me a good deal on my business cards, the staff is great no complaints.
