I have already encountered careless, unprofessional service of the bank's client staff several times. I even thought of going to another bank, but somehow it was not patriotic. My credit card was canceled a month ago. I was at the Cumberland branch and was told that in 2 weeks I would get a new card. It's been a month and I haven't received my card. as it turns out, the case with my card was not even completed in order to apply for a new one Because it seems that the employee who served me did not indicate the reason why the card was canceled and no one even called me and told me what was the matter and why I still did not receive the card When I finally called the central office, which was almost impossible, someone there did me a big favor and looked into why I still haven't received the card. Very upset with the service in the bank. It is not enough that you have to wait in line for hours, then you will still get unprofessional, negligent service. This is very disrespectful to the bank's customers.
