The dr only do fillings on Fridays. I have to work on Friday. Taking time off of work to take my daughter there for a filling. When making the appointment, I asked is an hour time frame is enough for a fill. They said yes and also to be sure I should arrived a bit early. I arrived 25 mins early. I waited and waited for another 20 mins into my appointment time to receive an answer the dr is not here. Very unprofessional and unhelpful attitude from the receptionist. And this is not the first time Drs there being late

Doctor Navid Kia is an amazing dentist, super professional and kind, he did for me a root canal and the crown, it was a painless procedure in a few sessions. It was the best price I could ask for too. I asked for estimates in different Dental offices and all them want to charge me 4X the amount of the deductible with a down payment to secure the appointment which I thought it was ridiculous. (Bucktown Endodontics and Modern Dental on Division) plus it was not going to be the same person to both (root canal and crown) procedures.
I am extremely happy with the results, I really recommend him, he treat me with respect, the staff and her assistance was very nice too.
I am so happy to reconnect with him, he did a bridge for me that lasted over 20 years and currently hes helping me to get a replacement.

DO NOT LET DR. ALLA KAHN SEE YOUR CHILD ALONE!!!
My 6-year-old had his tooth removed today, and we had the worst experience. First, Dr. Kahn is rude, does not acknowledge the parent, appears annoyed, and has zero patience for children. My child is always surprisingly cooperative with the dentist, but she quickly put him in full body restraints as soon as he moved. He could've used a break between injections, but since she works in a rush, she removed his tooth and ignored his cries. Worst of all, the chair was flat while he was in restraints, and I heard my child gurgling and choking on his blood after the tooth extraction. As an emergency room nurse, I know when a child is distressed, so I got up to request immediate suction. Dr. Kahn yelled at me to sit back down, put her hand in front of me, and told me to get out of their way. My child appeared to be in so much pain throughout the procedure, and I felt utterly helpless. This doctor has no compassion for the child or the parents. Both my child and I left that office traumatized and will never return. I can't even imagine what other children endure under her care when the parents aren't allowed in the room. Please avoid this dentist at all costs!

DR. KAHN traumatized my nephew
Do NOT bring your children here! Avoid this place at all cost. There are plenty of other clinics in the city DO NOT go to this center with your child. My nephew left traumatized after he was restrained and started choking.
Please dont bring children here

The dentists themselves are usually really good and nice except the ladies at the reception. I remember once I was 17 and I didn't have a job because my mother preferred I didnt work. One of the ladies said well you're 17 you should get a job and pay everything that you owe. She had no right to say that especially to a stranger. Today I came in and the lady didn't greet me. They seem entitled and I didn't feel welcomed. Also you will be waiting here for more than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment. I waited for over 20 minutes and got here exactly at my scheduled time yet they had other patients go before me.
